Returns #
Unused products may be returned, provided the customer covers the shipping costs.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

Shipping Method and Return Collection #
• For returns due to personal preference, please use EMS for shipping.
• Customs duties may apply when shipping the return. Be sure to mark "Refund" or "Return" on the shipping label to avoid issues.
